redfishieso I'm home sick. I got to bed a bit late last night and woke up that vibrating throbbing something is not right with my body feeling. I persevered and went to work, only to quickly discover I couldn't focus well on any of my work, I started one or two random conversations, and started feeling nauseous/more unwell...figured I'd head home to get some more sleep. I've been fighting one of those lingering colds that never quite goes away for a couple of weeks and I though hey maybe if I actually took real care of myself it would. So I'm home. Not feeling well but maybe by tonight things will be looking up.
The UNH demo last night was fun. I got to fight in front of a bunch of fighters and others, and I met another person who lives nearby. He didn't realize there was a practice in Portland and I hooked him up with someone from his town who drives up there to do heavy list. He also loaned me a jacket so we could demo. I need to make my own or at least get one. He did give me a nice little blue bruise that hasn't fully formed yet a bit below my colarbone on the right hand side. I find my bruises strangely fascinating as they change color and shape. I wonder why that is. I hate when other people's calibration is less sensitive than mine.
Off to bed now, hopefully to feel better soon.
