There's been a massive recall on Acetaminophen 500mg Pain Reliever Caplets -

The manufacturing company found metal bits in some of the drug sold under generic brand names (CVS, Walmart, etc). -- some sold as long as three years ago. There haven't been any reported injuries at this time. See the link below for the code numbers.
