redfishie | tuedays are for fencing

I had a great time at fencing last night but I overdid part of it or didn't warm up enough. My left knee is not happy nor is my left foot. I also gripped the blade a bit too tight and my one hand is not too thrilled either. In other words, my body is aching and not happy which is why I'm up at 5 am. Hopefully it will feel better in a couple of hours or work will not be fun today.

Ernest pretty much convinced me I should do overtime at work on the way back to help with cash flow and paying off of my debts...I owe too much money and it makes me tense.

Not much else is new except I think I'm going to go to Bergental's Yule.
