redfishie | A real quick update

I'm back home. CT was neat, I got to learn some cool stuff and not have to be in my office for a week. :) Of course now I have to go back and there will either be A) lots of stuff waiting for me or B) nothing waiting for me and I don't know which is more depressing.

I had to race home on Friday night due to a repeat inspection of my apartment this morning. I didn't get notice the last time and I had just taken out all my camping gear and SCA stuff for sorting, repairing, and repacking...so let's just say the place did not seem neat to someone unfamiliar with such things. The management was going around to the apartments in an effort to figure out what appliances were where and what they needed to upgrade...

so yep, i repacked and cleaned everything. One of the apartment personnel came through and said the place looked immaculent, and he wouldn't have believed it was the same place....so that's good. He said I passed, which is a bit of a relief.

(My place is horribly clean and neat! Now I just have to figure out where I put everything.)
