having a ho-hum day at work. Came in and had an email from the person running the class I'm supposed to go to down in Pittsburgh late this coming month. She wanted confirmation. I ran it by my boss expecting a green light but instead got a yellow. It seems since it's an overview class, and I had something shorter in that vein I don't get to go. Kinda upset by it...I would have liked to have seen my friend Jared from orientation but otherwise it's okay. I then had to go to a training session on stuff that I will one day use but do not yet use and don't really understand the basics of. There were 4 other engineers in the room who use the product constantly and the entire was spent discussing how these changes will affect things they're working on already. I couldn't follow a good chunk of it...which is unusual where I work. Then trying to fix annoying computer issues and home for lunch because I forgot my wallet. Soon I'll have to run back to work and hang around until late tonight due to a meeting. *sigh*

I'm still thinking about going to Crestfallen. It'll depend on when my paycheck gets direct deposited into my account though. I wonder if anyone else from farther west is going to show up?
