Godzilla Final Wars

redfishieThis was hands down the best Godzilla movie EVER. It was everything you ever wanted in a Godzilla movie and then some. Rubbery costumes, bad matrix rip-offs, homages to other sci-fi movies, Minilla, the M force, etc. I'd definitely recommend going to see it, even if Godzilla movies only vaguely amuse you.
I love the fact they have the token white guy speak only in English with Japanese subtitles and everyone else speak in Japanese (with of course English subtitles), and everyone understands each other. I loved the bad romance sub-plots. So it fits the basic formula, lots of big lizards and other creatures fighting each other, bad sub-plots that can be mostly ignored, flying ships, and mayhem.
