They finally replace my keyboard at work...so I now have a very functional number pad, rather than something I have to pound on repeatedly to get to work. It's a small change but it makes a huge difference.

I also got to my physical therapist yesterday, who fixed some more of my neck woes. It's amazing how pain has an element of blank, and you forget it over time. I suppose if we remembered it clearly we'd be unable to function.
