I am
-going down by myself; no caravan even
-not going down for a full week; probably friday-wednesday at most.
It could be a boilerplate for me; it will either be very good and fun or I will be
bored out of my mind and spend too much money.
The down side-
-The classes really aren't new,and I've had trouble finding ones I wanted to go to the last year or so
-this could be fixed if there were decent beginner belly dance classes this year, I didn't find any
-I don't have much $ to buy swank new stuff, I may do one big purchase I've been planning for awhile and the market will be tempting.
-I won't be fencing
-the heat may drive me insane and I've been getting dehydrated way too easily this year.
-driving there and back by myself
on the plus side-
-seeing friends i never see (very large bonus)
-hanging out in camp
-seeing princess shinkicker
-wandering around
-finding a few cool things
-contemplating one big expenditure on good boots (one of the the huge incentives to go at this point)
I have the week off either way. Anyone have any suggestions on anything ese to do with my vacation time? I don't think I want to spend a full week this year. I think I am going to go down...I just wish I had someone to caravan with for at least the way down.
