I had a good weekend...didn't do half of what I expected or wanted to do, but i suspect I needed to lay about and do nothing....I also got buzzed this weekend for the first time in ages, had way tooo much chocolate cake, was more cuddly than normal (to the point where it was starting to annoy me since I am really not that girlie), and saw some good folks. The only things I really need to remember is that if I don't eat right I pay for it later and that when my sleep cycle gets messed up I am not a happy person.

I'm currently keeping a diet log of what I eat and its pretty atrocious, I eat way too much sugar and my moods are more than a bit to linked to this. I need to fix my eating habits, but I'm not sure how or when. I got the name of a nutritionist in my area, but I can't afford the time from work to go see her right now. I'm trying to cut back on sugar, but its hard because I'm to a point where I no longer know what is good food to eat and what isn't. The entire Atkin's low carb craze isn't helping this plus I'm allergic to most artificial sweetners. gah. I guess I'm just going to continue keeping a food log and try to do better for awhile.

Finally, The Day After Tomorrow was a good movie.
