The Massachusetts' senate just repealed the 1913 law that says out of state couples can't wed here if the marriage won't be legal in their home state. The clause on this is that if the applicants plan to move to MA, the state can grant a liscence. This has serious implications to the gay marraige issue but a similiar measure has yet to make it to a vote in the House.
