Apr. 16th, 2004 01:51 pmSo the offices I work in are on the 2nd floor (more than high enough to be the thrid floor in most buildings) over a high manufacturing bay where we have some decently heavy duty rated cranes for moving a couple of tons.
The result of this is that sometimes when they're moving material on the cranes or doing other work in the building, the floor in our office lightly vibrates. Its not too noticeable unless your either motion sensitive or have a head cold....then look out. It's actually made me motion sick a few times. Today appears to be one of those days.
