very tired this morning. I haven't been getting anywhere near enough sleep lately. grrrr....and sigh and stuff.
tonight i shall catch up on sleep. I really need to sit down with my schedule and figure out when and where I should be getting more rest. It's starting to take a toll on my mental and physical health.
gah, how sad is it that I need to schedule sleep time?
