redfishiea few quick notes
-slept most of the day, got up, shwoered and got dressed to go to the Exalted game...still wasn't feeling right...took my temp..and i had a low grade fever. Called and cancelled. half an hour later, fever seems to be gone. huh. oh well more rest for me. at this rate i may be fine by tomorrow :)
-on that passions movie- i'm going to steal from something mrbigsteve posted on this
"If you have a chance to catch the 7:00 episode of the Daily Show this evening, I think they did a pretty good job of summing up audience reactions.
Let me get this straight... Quentin Tarantino has a 20 minute comic-book fight scene (and with one character *gushing* blood from a lost arm for the duration of the fight and still being mobile, there's no way to call it serious) that he has to filter into black and white to get past the MPAA, and yet they give Jesus getting flogged in slow motion for what, 45 minutes a pass?"
Not something I plan to go see in the least. I'd be curious to know what other people think of it if they do go. So far I've mostly heard way too gorey...
