moving through the day yesterday was like moving through molasses for about half the day. I made it through work and my training and arranged to be out today. I got to my chiropractor's for what may be my last appointment for awhile, had dinner with some friends nearby so I would actually eat, and then saw dougansf for a bit. Am home now. gonna sleep and watch movies. I actually had some phenomenal
dreams last night....very intense imagery and artwork. I haven't had moving artwork dreams in ages...
