(no subject)

I don't know if I wrote about ayeshak's going away party but I had a great time. I'm going to miss her. I got a little tipsy and wound up having to cuddle up with my sweetie and not drive home.

today has been pretty good so far. I had PT this morning where I had some massive muscle releases in my right shoulder/chest area. The releases of stress seem to be taking more and more and my range of motion is consistently staying better.

I got into work an hour late and I've been talking about our Corrective Actions system to new hires ever since. yeah training!

Now to lunch!
