May. 11th, 2004 08:25 amI went to the chiropractor yesterday evening. Most of the day my headache had been pretty light but told him all about my most recent headaches and he winced. He said I could have some sort of nerve impingement in my neck, then proceeded to check my neck and it was all out of alignment. (As he was checking my neck I could tell it was out of alignment as well, and it's been crackling up a storm lately).
He reset it...every little bit in my neck went crunchy crunchy crunchy, the blood flow in my head changed, and I felt a bit better. My back is still stiff and so is my neck but the headache has not yet resurfaced today, so that's a win.
I get to go back a few more times to have more done. It seems like I have to go the chiropractor every few months. Happily my insurance pays for it outside of my $15 co-pay.
I did a whole bunch of other stuff afterwards...and even stopped and picked up some stuff for my place. I'm in the middle of a bit of redecorating. Nothing massive but enough so that the place feels more comfortable.
