No Sleep for Dreaming

horrible dreams...dreams within dreams which were nightmares. waking up in the dreams in the wrong bed knowing i had had nightmares...complete with texture and touch.

i fell asleep right before I was supposed to leave for fencing practice today...i slept horribly but I think I needed the rest. In my dreams, someone called me and I could not speak...i could not escape wherever I was. I kept waking up in a new bed trapped in the same situation. I even dreamt I made it back to my own bed but it was still a dream.

I only think I am awake now because my vision is slightly less clear. I'm very slightly nearsighted and it has finally dawned on me that my vision in my dreams is generally better than 20/20.

EDIT: I'm actually still not convinced that someone didn't call me in my dreams on my cell phone and I answered half asleep. There's no log on the caller-ID so I'm guessing it didn't actually happen.

i had a really good long talk with mr. guido tonight. He's such a great guy. He also pointed out to me that my headaches and recent bouts of naseau are probably linked. The more I talked to him the more he pointed out that my headaches had massive migraine symptoms (ones that I hadn't previously gotten with my migraines) and that the stomache and the wooziness were directly linked.

So yes, I am finally going to go to the doctor. I'm going to make an appointment for this week. The migraines are giving me additional tension as well which is just feeding into me getting more migraines. This needs to stop.
