probably more than you wanted to know

spent all day today in bed....just popped outside the house once to get something to drink and a few more things that I might be able to eat. Threw up on the way back...which was just great since it took me 2 hours to get that much water in me. I am fighting the battle against dehydraytion.

Haven't thrown up in a while though...i now just have gas from hell. I really hope this is the 24 hr version of the flu and not the 4 day one.

Top this off with the fact it's a stomache problem, and that I have some really bad associations with stomache flu, and I am not a happy camper. Oh well at least I already called out from work tomorrow.

not much more to say than I'm home sick today. I'm contemplating whether or not I can eat anything besides toast....
