i'm not looking forward to all the snow coming tonight and this weekend. I'm getting my windshield fixed today in part because of it (lots of snow on weakened windshield = bad things happening to my car and possibly me). I got a small crack in it while driving when a rock flew up and hit my car on the passenger side. The crack, with the recent cold snap, has now grown to go from one corner of the window to cover most of the passenger side. I checked out the repair with my insurance and because the size of the crack is larger than a dollar, it's not automatically fixed, and my deductable for my comprehensive has to be taken into account. What this means is I get to put $220 out of pocket for a new windshield.
The repair guys are supposed to come to my work today, but no sign of them yet.
On the plus side, the last samurai should be opening and we get free pizza at work today.
