could update with a lot of stuff....but well that's all taking backstage in my head right now to the fact that my neck keeps cracking.....aieeeeeee!!! it's these little things that irritate us.

good weekend over all....i just need to make sure i get more exercise in the future. These last few weeks of a lesser degree of activity are starting to get to me and my stress and nervous energy levels are rising.
