My muscles are tight as anything today....MUST go exercise and stretch. It's wonderful how much more my body aches when I don't exercise as opposed to when I do. Exercise is such a necessary part of maintaining any semblance of contentedness in my life.

I thought about going to curia today, as my schedule freed up a bit but I don't remember where precisely in Candia it is and I couldn't find directions...

ah well...off to do stretches.....
