redfishieYesterday I fenced a little; got instruction on case (two swords) from Christian #1 (there are multiple Christians around...2 Scadians and 1 at work). Case is an odd form, and I need to remind myself not to keep both swords on the same plain. It feel odd because the way you wind up holding your blades, would not be good for a single sword....it would leave you horribly exposed. After a few bought of the lesson, I felt not good (TM) and stopped. Had the shakes, and needed food. Had some and felt better but not in time to play on the melee teams.
Tonight I went to Anne's to paint banners for the barony. By the time, I got there most of the painting was done, and I wound up working on one lone personal banner with a beaver rampant on it. It was still nice. I love painting...it's so relaxing. It made me miss pottery painting with captain_flannel.
