redfishiei keep meaning to write more detailed acocunts here and just generally don't.
Balfar's challenge was good - got to see some people I normally don't see. I also got a sunburn and a new necklace. Now the amusing thing about my sunburns is that I wasn't even red when we left the event, but in the middle of dinner I felt the heat on my face and asked if I was pink - "only a little"; by the time the 20 minute drive to Kay's parents' house was up; it was a lot more red. I get stealth sunburns....they sneak up after dark. I tried to halt the reaction (aka stop the burn from fully developing) but with little luck.
Yesterday I came home, with intentions of going to the Boston practice....but decided instead to actually BE in my apartment for once instead.
