what to do about my debt

redfishieI had an odd day at work. Iwalked in and within 5 minutes my head was swimming and my eyes itching like all hell. I went to the bathroom and they were completely bloodshot. I sit under a ventilation duct...so either i'm allergic to something in our brand new polycoated carpeted office or something near one of the intake ducts. I wound up running out and getting meds. Felt better after taking something.
It's odd my eyes get all bloodshot most days at work but I camped outside for a week in PA with nary a problem. I think I'm allergic to my cubicle. (or NH).
I got my tax return today as well. I went to the ATM to deposit money back and forth between my two accounts and found out it had been put it. (yeah!). I'm torn about what to do with the money. I have a lot of credit card debt and using it would pay off one of the cards (the lowest one) almost completely...but I would also really like to have an emergency fund.
Plus, once I pay off the one card, I'm just going to balance transfer money over to it since it has really nice fixed APRs on balance transfers....so it's not like I'll actually be getting rid of the card. I need to get a hold on my debt...it's so depressing. I should have it paid off in a year and a half or so but .... argh.... in the meantime.
