redfishieI just went and voted. Every election day I get filled with this odd sense of hope mixed with dread. I'm also a tiny bit disturbed by the fact no one checked my ID when I voted. They took my word that I was who I said I was. This is at once both neat and disturbing when you think about potential voter fraud.
On a related note, one of my co-workers told my Gorbachov is actually a US citizen now and thus able to vote. He said something about him becoming a citizen back when they came to this country for his wife's medical problems.
