redfishiewell turns out we will be forced to take plant shut down out of our vacation time next year. I really don't appreciate being mandated which week to use up...especially when I only have 2 or 3 weeks all year...i was more upset when I thought I wouldn't reach 3 weeks of vacation until 10 years of service, but if they keep to the same scale, i'll get 3 weeks next year :)
