Made it through my first day of work

redfishieI was introduced to pretty much all the engineers, the managment, and the costing people. I got toured around, learned some stuff about Control Element Drives and was kept busy until 12 or so with paperwork. Then I wound up reading manuals for the rest of the day. Typical first day of work stuff.
On other notes, there isn't a good mall near here and I find I really miss being in a college town. However in the one nearhere I saw a guy and girl who were clearly confused. I think they *wanted* to be goths...but they seemed just off the mark. Like they were trying but didn't have the resources or quite get it. I could be mistaken though, only caught a quick look.
