Pennsic more than any other time of the year serves as a touchstone for me; a time to reflect on the past year and plan for the next. I'm more apt to make resolutions now than I am at New Year's and to reevaluate my life.

One thing that has become abundantly clear is that I'm ready to leave this little section of NH. Not sure to where, or for how far away, but there's nothing that really ties me to Portsmouth.
