(no subject)

this morning started off with me getting to work and noticing that the lights were oddly bright. Then I started getting a hooked line/sensitive area in the vision of my one eye.

Fortunately, I was quick enough to realize I was getting a silent migraine and took some Advil (my migraines are generally rare - 1x a year or so). I haven't had one since the Fall right before an Atlas event, and I usually don't notice the precursor symptoms due to their rarity. I was lucky, I got stuff in me in time and it went away....but for about a half an hour I couldn't read well and the lights were driving me batty.

After that the whole day looked a bit up. I mean heck being in pain and not functioning well, to functioning well is nice change.

This weekend looks fairly busy. I'm off tonight to go sewing and maybe get something together by next weekend for Birka. I have a gwazee coat to finish, another that I want to make out of blue silk, and a doublet to pattern and put together. I would love to try to make a choli from the pattern I made last time I sewed but I don't know how timing is going to work.

Tomorrow might be gaming but it is also meeting related to another game, and possibly a chinese new year's party [with come as your year costumes, I'm a dragon :)]

I need to clean my place up too....since I should have company next weekend. yipe and yeah at the same time!
