(no subject)

Yesterday was the small event at UNH. I didn't have to leave the house until 9am. That was so nice. For some bizarrev reason I woke up at 5:30, so it wouldn't have really mattered...but it was nice to be home for once in the morning. I even made pancakes.

Before running to the event I picked up food (strawberries, water, oranges, some pastry) at the local Hannaford.

I found the site alright and helped Tatianna set up a little. I had a crap day of fencing. I know nothing. I am nothing. I don't even know my fundamentals....and this was further hammered home when I worked with Brokk who I also think I somehow managed to insult. I'm probably being paranoid though. I

was NOT in a good mood at the end because I was so frustrated by the whole thing. I don't know my fundamental parries well enough. My footwork is fairly solid though. So that's something. I managed to shake the impending mood of doom somewhat and wound up going to dinner in newington with Tatianna and Carolyn. I had a great time and we talked about boredom war, which is next weekend. This is a camping event in mass somewheres. From the discussion, We decided to go over to the trading post so tatianna could buy a new sleeping bag and I could pick up better tent stakes....speaking of which I should probably go find all my camping equipment, as I don't think my ground tarp is actually with my tent.

I need to:

-make warm garb quickly
-find my other garb
-wash my garb
-collect various camping implements of doom
-pick up some foodstuffs
-still need to order a new epee blade from triplette

At the very least boredom war should be a good fry run for roses....
