Feb. 7th, 2003 04:54 amwas so tired tonight that i fell asleep with the lights on. ate like crap today..forgot lunch and then didn't grab much during my lunch break. skipping the gym tonight/yesterday night was probably a good thing...body feels worn out. I shall go after work later. [The original plan for friday/today was to try going before but my body wants more sleep first, i'm still trying t figure out a routine for gym type stuff.]
