grrr...fell asleep with the lights on again last night. I need to get to sleep earlier at least one night this week. (and by earlier I mean before 10pm) grrr...

went to the gym again :) only 15 minutes on the elliptical, and 10 on the bikes though. Didn't feel like weight lifting tonight.

I'm contemplating going vegeterain again, or at least refocusing on getting more fruits and vegetables in my life. I've never been big on meat, and I do know that when I'm eating a balanced vegie diet I have a ton more energy. I also hate cooking meat. The big factor in all of this is the time/commitment aspect..but it should get easier as I go along. I'm pretty much caffeine free now and better for it, but it was a pain when I started out that way. My only foibles with that are chocolate (which actually has more ortho-bromide, which acts like caffeine than caffeine) and an ocasionaly cup of decaf tea (which still has some caffeine in it, usually about half to a quarter of a normal cuppa).

Most likely I won't go all out veggie again...but I think I am going to try to do more vegetables. I miss my pepper dishes. :) Now I just need to find some good, quick recipes to try. Most of my tried and true veggie dishes either take to long or involve lentils for some reason (mmm...lentil stew).
