low blood sugar and get hypoglycemia like reactions. To counteract this you're supposed to eat fairly frequently (every 3 hours or so and avoid sugary foods etc) It's definitely something you should see a dr or nutrionist about. Anyways, it's the only time of the month
that I seem to have problems with panic attacks. I can feel the tension coiled in my body. it's horribly irritating.
